Order Fulfillment Officer at T.O.N Corporate Services

Our client is a fast-growing tech retail company that offers gadgets and accessories through online and in-store channels, with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.

This role ensures all customer orders are processed, packaged, and delivered efficiently and accurately

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor app orders and prepare items for delivery
• Ensure timely dispatch with logistics partners (GIGL, DHL, etc.)
• Handle returns, replacements, and tracking updates
• Collaborate with inventory and customer service for smooth hand-offs

Requirements

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in logistics or order processing is a plus
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Must be tech-savvy and proactive
