Job Summary

• The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed, assembled, and shipped accurately and on time.
• The role requires strong coordination with production, inventory, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations and maintain smooth operational flow within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming customer orders.
• Verify order details, including quantities, delivery addresses, and special instructions.
• Check inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with inventory teams to replenish stock when necessary.
• Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule orders.
• Track the progress of orders through the production process.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling.
• Work with shipping partners to arrange deliveries and track shipments.
• Ensure proper documentation for local and international shipping.
