The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed, assembled, and shipped accurately and on time.
The role requires strong coordination with production, inventory, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations and maintain smooth operational flow within the manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Review and process incoming customer orders.
Verify order details, including quantities, delivery addresses, and special instructions.
Check inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Collaborate with inventory teams to replenish stock when necessary.
Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule orders.
Track the progress of orders through the production process.
Prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling.
Work with shipping partners to arrange deliveries and track shipments.
Ensure proper documentation for local and international shipping.
