Responsibilities

• Recognising and treating common eye conditions
• Prescribing vision aids
• Recommending eye-strengthening exercises and vision therapy
• Identifying more serious optical diseases, such as glaucoma or cataracts
• Referring patients to a doctor when necessary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Proficiency with modern eye care techniques and equipment
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain scientific information to patients
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus
• Listening skills
• Attention to details.
