Responsibilities

• Process customer account opening and onboarding.
• Verify completeness of customer documentation.
• Perform customer KYC checks in line with approved procedures.
• Post approved transactions into the CBA.
• Process approved loan bookings and disbursements.
• Process investment bookings and liquidations.
• Process approved reversals and adjustments.
• Maintain accurate transaction records.
• Perform daily transaction checks and reconciliations.
• Follow up on incomplete customer documentation.
• Ensure transaction instructions are properly authorized before processing.
• Maintain customer transaction files.
• Generate daily operational reports.
• Escalate system errors and transaction discrepancies.
• Support customer dispute resolution by providing transaction records.
