Job Description

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures.
• Manage resources, including staff, materials, and equipment, to optimize performance.
• Prepare and present reports on operational status and improvements.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical issues and implement solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Social Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in Hausa is required.
• Not less than 5 years proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Degree in a relevant field.
• Females are preferred.
• Certification in operations management or related areas is a plus.
• Experience in the oil and gas, energy sector.
