Operations Officer at Inguest Global Partners Limited

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Functions

• Maintain 100% collections rate.
• Manage repayment instruments (direct debit and cheque).
• Manage disbursement on Gemini and Bank.
• Manage posting on the banking application (Gemini).
• Performs loan management functions such as loan creation, loan disbursement, liquidation etc.
• Customer and loan document management.
• To maintain designated accounting records for all receipts and payment within the company and ensure that vouchers are properly coded and keyed into the computer system on daily basis.
• To assist in credit control which shall among others involve contacting client with due balance and providing reconciliation if need be.

Experience, Qualification, and Required Skills

• HND / B.Sc Degree from a reputable institution.
• 3 - 5 years work experience.
• Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
• Research Capability, Numeracy and Work Philosophy.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and the ability to use the internet.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
