Operations Manager at the Way It Fits

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fashion house to ensure seamless production, sales, and customer service delivery. This role ensures that all departments (production, retail, logistics, inventory, and customer experience) efficiently aligns with the company’s quality standards, timelines, and brand goals. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen with a creative appreciation for fashion to drive operational excellence and organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across production, retail outlets, and online sales channels.
• Ensure that all processes (from design to delivery) run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
• Supervise and support staff in various departments including production and sales.
• Ensure high standards of product quality and service delivery across all touchpoints.
• Address customer complaints or service gaps promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years related work experience as a Store manager or Operations manager in the fashion retail or manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams, achieving targets, and delivering results.
