Operations Manager

Job Opening
Our client, a top tier Restaurant and Bar is looking to fill the role of:
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and bar
- Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar
- Control operational costs and identify measures for synergies between subsidiaries.
- Perform in an organised manner all activities related to the maintenance of the Barbershop, the beach house, the resto-bar and the maintenance of boats.
- Manage and suggest all external vendors.
- Act as a backup to the Floor Manager.
- Create a detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Coordinate the activities of the Procurement Officer, Facility Manager, and general staff
Requirements:
- B.sc/HND in a related field
- Minimum of 4years of operations management experience in a restaurant, bar or lounge
- Prior experience managing and onboarding vendors
- Proficiency in Excel
Salary: 300,000 – 350,000 monthly
