The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategies developed by the top management team.
• Oversee and manage the operations team, and improve the processes and procedures of the team.
• Motivate team members and increase general operational efficiency and productivity
• Managing the customer support process across multiple channels such as Tawkto, telephone, emails, and social media.
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders for the new release process and post-go-live process.
• Preparing training presentations and providing training for all staff.
• Communicating with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolving challenges along the way.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, the root cause of issues, and proposed solutions.
• Investigate fraud & dispute cases and communicate with external and internal stakeholders about the case details with suggestions and best practices.
• Learning new products, testing and verifying the new features of the PariVest app, and preparing or enhancing standard operations procedures (SOP), FAQs, and user guides.
• Working closely with senior managers to develop and manage budgets as well as to improve efficiency and product delivery.
• Lead the recruitment process within the operations team and other HR-related activities.
• Creating and presenting monthly and quarterly operations plans and other presentations specific to the general success of the organization.
• Supervising deliverables of planned activities and ensuring goals are achieved
• Representing the organization at events and functions for networking and brand-building purposes.
• Designing new processes to improve quality or increase productivity or profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an Equivalent qualification.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in an operations role.
• Strong operational planning and budget development capacity.
• Ability to build and manage a mix of young and experienced team members, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the tech ecosystem
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
