Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our laundry and dry-cleaning business.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain service quality, manage staff performance, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain high-quality service delivery and enforce operational standards.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff to maximize productivity.
• Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor equipment performance, coordinate maintenance, and ensure proper usage.
• Track inventory of supplies and manage procurement to avoid shortages.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Motivate and mentor staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as an Operations Manager (preferably in a service or retail-based business).
