    Operations Manager

    Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

    • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the office, including coordination of internal tasks and schedules across departments.
    • Serve as a bridge between field teams and office functions to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
    • Maintain organized records for projects, procurement, HR, and administrative processes.
    • Oversee office administration, including supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
    • Support HR functions such as employee onboarding, training coordination, and personnel record-keeping.
    • Assist senior management with internal reporting, planning, and scheduling tasks.
    • Monitor adherence to internal processes and help improve operational workflows.
    • Coordinate calendars, team updates, and administrative planning to ensure smooth execution of projects from the office side.
    • Foster a clean, well-organized, and productive office environment.
    • Provide support across departments to ensure consistency and structure in operations.

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    •  3–5 years of experience in operations, office management, or administration—preferably within a construction or project-based company.
    •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective internal coordination.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with project or document management systems is an advantage.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
    •  High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality.

    Required Competencies:

    • Strong Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize effectively, and maintain structure in day-to-day operations.
    • Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
    • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
    • Accuracy in handling documentation, scheduling, and administrative follow-up.
