Operations Manager at BAFashion Shop

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably within the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of production operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution. 
• Develop and implement efficient production processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs. 
• Manage production teams, including supervisors, line workers, and quality control personnel. 
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards. 
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product quality meets high standards. 
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product development and timely delivery. 
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements. 
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations.
