• Optimise processes to ensure efficiency and scalability in product development and service delivery. 
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and assist with financial planning and reporting. 
• Work closely with tech teams to align operational needs with AI development processes. 
• Implement and oversee tools, platforms, and software that improve operational efficiency. 
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to support business growth. 
• Represent the company in strategic meetings and partnerships. 
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards. 
• Stay updated on policies related to AI and technology within Nigeria and internationally. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or related fields. 
• 3+ years in operations management, preferably in a tech or startup environment. 
• Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. 
• Knowledge of AI trends, tools, and operational frameworks. 
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
