In this role, you will serve as a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our fashion production house.
You will lead operations, manage teams, plan production, handle vendor relationships, and contribute strategically to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end production operations—from fabric sourcing to final garment delivery—for both children and adult wear.
Streamline daily workflow across departments to ensure timely and cost-efficient production.
Monitor KPIs including production targets, lead times, material usage, and output quality.
Maintain alignment between business goals and operational execution.
Develop clear schedules, allocate resources effectively, and ensure accountability within the team.
Train and support staff to meet performance and quality standards.
Oversee procurement and inventory management of fabrics, trims, and accessories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of materials.
Track usage and wastage; ensure stock levels are adequate for upcoming collections or client orders.
Implement and enforce strict quality assurance protocols, particularly for children’s clothing (safety, comfort, durability).
Ensure all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot production challenges and implement timely solutions.
Liaise with the sales and customer experience teams to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction.
Supervise logistics and dispatch of finished garments, ensuring timely delivery.
Monitor and manage production timelines based on client requirements and in-house capacity.
Provide regular reports on production status, staff performance, material usage, and cost efficiency.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend strategies to increase productivity and profitability.
Participate in business planning, budgeting, and collection scheduling alongside the creative and executive teams.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Fashion Management, or related field with a minimum of 3 years experience in fashion production or operations management, preferably with exposure to children’s apparel.
Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Knowledge of garment production processes and fashion supply chain operations.
Comfortable using production tracking and inventory management tools.
High attention to detail, especially around safety standards for children’s clothing.
