    Operations Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing resources, and driving efficient service delivery. A strong focus on stakeholder management is required to foster productive relationships with government agencies, partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders. The role involves high-level coordination, strategic execution, and ensuring smooth operational processes in alignment with organizational objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Operational Management & Execution

    • Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Supervise and support teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
    • Report directly to the Operations Manager, providing updates on operational performance and challenges.

    Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

    • Act as the primary liaison between the organization internal teams and government agencies, vendors, and partners.
    • Foster collaboration and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational initiatives.
    • Engage with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency.
    • Manage external partnerships, ensuring that service providers meet performance expectations.
    • Facilitate smooth interactions between internal teams and external stakeholders.

    Resource & Financial Management

    • Oversee the allocation of financial, human, and material resources to achieve operational goals.
    • Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining service quality.

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Manage and oversee staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to performance expectations.
    • Conduct training programs for partners and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and service delivery.
    • Support a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

    Essential Skills

    • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management – Strong ability to interact with government agencies, vendors, and industry leaders.
    • Strategic Execution & Decision-Making – Ability to drive operational strategies effectively.
    • Leadership & Team Management – Strong ability to manage and motivate teams for optimal productivity.
    • Financial & Budget Management – Proficiency in resource planning and cost management.
    • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess challenges and implement solutions efficiently.
    • Excellent Communication – Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
    • Experience in Operations Management
    • Analytical Skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
    • Knowledge of the Information Technology industry is beneficial
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management or related field, preferably in the public sector.
    • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
