Ability to manage inventory, forecast, develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.
Ability to manage the project team, perform quality controls, monitor projects and ensure the organization’s processes meets the customers requirement and legally compliant.
Requirements
BSc. in Business Management, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field of study with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification/ work experience in a facilities management company.
Applicant must be technically sound in design, installation, test and commissioning, repairs for CCTV, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems, Surveillance & Security Systems, Access Control, Lighting Control System, Pneumatic Tube System, BMS systems, Back Ground Music, PA systems, Structured Cabling, and all associated ELV systems. • ELV system interface experience with fit-out design.
Applicant must have Hands-on experience in supervising/ managing technical staff.
