Operations and People Manager at Vetsark Limited

What You Will Do

• Run the weekly operating cadence: team check-ins, action tracking, and follow-up until tasks are done.
• Own performance management, including goal setting, monthly reviews, incentive tracking and performance improvement plans.
• Handle core HR: recruitment coordination, onboarding, employment documentation, staff records and HR policies.
• Coordinate internal projects across commercial, field and support teams, tracking milestones and flagging risks early.
• Prepare clear management reports, dashboards and meeting notes for the CEO.
• Manage office administration, vendors, and scheduling for the CEO and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• At least 4 years in Operations, program management and/or HR, with at least 2 years managing or coordinating a team and coordination projects.
• Evidence of having run a performance management or staff appraisal process.
• Experience coordinating multi-team or multi-site projects (development-sector program experience is a strong plus).
• Strong skills in AI, Google Sheets, Canva/PowerPoint and Word.
• Clear written and spoken English, and the confidence to hold people accountable respectfully.
