Job Description

• The Operations and Logistics Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the efficient flow of goods, materials, and services within the fashion production cycle. This position ensures timely movement of inventory, assists in order fulfillment, and maintains organized records of inventory, vendor activity, and logistics operations. The role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day functions that support both retail and wholesale operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking production materials and timelines.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor incoming/outgoing stock.
• Support with order fulfillment and delivery coordination.
• Liaise with suppliers for confirmations and follow-ups.
• Handle product tagging, sorting, and packaging for in-store and online orders.
• Maintain documentation and support process audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations support (preferably in fashion or retail).
• Working knowledge of inventory management systems, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic logistics tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must be reliable, responsive, and team-oriented.
• Familiarity with fashion production cycles and product handling is a strong advantage.
