JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
A strategic position with responsibility for providing excellent  Management of all pickup and delivery activities in Lagos Operations as well as to improve service quality and optimize operations performance

POSITIONS;
Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Ensure the smooth running of Domestic Operations which includes Courier and Drivers pickup and delivery activities
• Responsible for planning and implementation of Special projects
• Ensures Operational needs are met by providing alternatives when required
• Provides leadership in ensuring quality assurance for product shipments to meet customer requirements
• Create safe working environment and ensures adherence to safety standards
• Monitoring Operations performance
• Float Management and Optimal Operations fuel and diesel usage
• Operations Vendor Management
• Proactively manage service failures and exceptions
• Responsible for executing change management associated with new business needs to improve operations efficiency

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bsc/Hnd
• 3 to 5 years cognate experiences in operational management.
• 30 years and above
