Operation and IT Manager at Hazon Holdings

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology and Informations Operations team. technology implementation for the MVNO Operation.
• Manages the operations, daily planning, engineering, design, and resource allocation for the enterprise’s telecommunications functions.
• Ensures customer satisfaction through quality standards and measures by evaluating the performance of telecommunications networks and related interfaces. 
• Plans and manages the integration support of new technologies, performance and reliability. 
• Defines and negotiates service level agreements.
• Oversees and coordinates the daily activities of the operations center. 
• Performs a coordination role with enterprise management, vendors and customers.
• Managed Service Process establishment, Transition & transformation

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree qualified in Technology, Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, or similar relevant field.
• 10-15 years of experience in a senior management position, specifically related to Network or IT Operations in a telecommunication service provider.
• Strong domain experience with industry-standard operations frameworks (eTOM, MOF as an example).
• Strong experience with operations planning and design, systems implementation and integration, performance and reliability management, quality management, SLA management, service management, and vendor management.
• Solid experience leading engineering and operational teams in a high-pressure environment.

Salary Range: 600k - 800k
