    Online Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • Receive and process online orders
    • Convert leads into actual sales
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Handle customer enquiries and complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions .
    • High proficiency in MS Office Suite.

    Requirements / Experience

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 1 year work experience.
    • At least 1 year of experience in an e-commerce role
    • A minimum of one year experience in marketing and sales
    • Experience with sales targets.
