Online Moderator (Live Sessions) at God's Loving Grace

We are seeking an organized and attentive Online Moderator to manage and facilitate live sessions on our Social media channels. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth interactions, monitoring chat activity, addressing questions, and maintaining a positive and respectful environment during live events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live chat during sessions and respond to audience questions or comments.
• Enforce community guidelines and address inappropriate behavior.
• Assist with technical issues or troubleshoot participant concerns.
• Relay important questions or comments to the session host.
• Keep engaement active and interactive and ensure the session stays on schedule.
• Provide post-session feedback to the host or team if needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with live streaming platforms (Instagram Live, Tiktok, and Facebook etc.).
• Experience moderating online events or managing virtual communities is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and handle unexpected situations in real-time.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English (smoothly, clearly and communicate effectively)
