Onboarding Officer at Kwik Delivery

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:

• To welcome, onboard drivers and dispatch riders (Kwiksters) on the platform
• To explain how the platform works and set the rightful expectation to the partners
• To vet the candidate with law enforcement agencies and/or private agencies
• To present all required onboarding documents to potential drivers and dispatch riders
• To create the Messenger profile on the Kwik platform
• To ensure that the provided vehicle meets the expectation of the business in terms of specifications and requirements.
• To schedule riders or drivers for training
• To ensure compliance in the provision of the right guarantors.

What You'll Bring

• BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of background verification or risk compliance experience
• Good communication skill
• Ease of use of Microsoft Office and variety of tech platforms

• You must have good interpersonal skills.
