Kwik Delivery - We are a new start-up platform company in the logistics market in Nigeria committed to offering reliable and secure parcel shipping services within large metropolitan areas. Operations started in Lagos in Q2 2019.
To welcome, onboard drivers and dispatch riders (Kwiksters) on the platform
To explain how the platform works and set the rightful expectation to the partners
To vet the candidate with law enforcement agencies and/or private agencies
To present all required onboarding documents to potential drivers and dispatch riders
To create the Messenger profile on the Kwik platform
To ensure that the provided vehicle meets the expectation of the business in terms of specifications and requirements.
To schedule riders or drivers for training
To ensure compliance in the provision of the right guarantors.
What You'll Bring
BA / B.Sc Degree or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of background verification or risk compliance experience
Good communication skill
Ease of use of Microsoft Office and variety of tech platforms
