    Office Associate (Industrial Attachment)

    Role Summary

    • The Office Associate is to assist in the effective running of the assigned department’s operations to achieve the set goals and objectives.

    Job Description

    • Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records.
    • Retrieving documents and information as needed.
    • Drafting and formatting correspondence, emails, and other communications.
    • Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
    • Inputting and updating data into databases or spreadsheets.
    • Addressing inquiries and providing information or assistance as needed
    • Manage office supplies and Inventory

    Qualification and Skills

    • Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any relevant course
    • Seeking for Industrial Attachment placement is a must
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Good communication skills both oral and written.
