Job Description

• We are recruiting to fill the position of an Office Assistant whose key responsibilites is to keep the office area organized and clean, and also other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the office area is clean and well organized at all times
• Attending to visitors and notifying the appropriate office of visitor’s presence
• Monitor level of office supplies and handle shortages by ordering new materials as needed
• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and delivering letters, messages and packages to the appropriate office.
• Assist the Admin officer in other tasks as may be required.

Requirements

• SSCE / OND with 1 year of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
• Oral and written communication skills
• The ability to Multitask and work without supervision
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
• Attention to details
• Good personal hygiene
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of office equipment such as photocopiers and printers.
