Office Admin Executive at African Industries Group (AIG)

Responsibilities

• Back-office support
• Data Entry for sales order purchase orders etc.
• Preparing quotation and data entry-Responding to customer inquiries
• Coordinating with stores for incoming raw materials dispatch
• Coordinating with transporters for logistics arrangement
• Coordinating with Vendors & customers for dispatch & logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with the above responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
