Nursing Aide at Alfred & Victoria Associates

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and doctors in providing patient care.
• Support in preparing patients for procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas.
• Monitor and report patients’ conditions to the nurse.
• Provide support during patient discharge and follow-up processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the nursing or clinical team.

Requirements
Educational:

• Minimum of SSCE (WASSCE/NECO).
• Additional certification in healthcare/nursing assistance is an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Experience in patient care support roles will be an added advantage.

Work Structure:

• Resumption / normal working hours are from 8.30am to 4.30pm. Mondays through Fridays, 8.45am to 1.00pm on Saturdays and public holidays, this will not attract any allowance or overtime.
