Nursery Teacher (EYFS & British Curriculum) at Royal Resource Management (RRM)

Job Description

• Our client is seeking a well-experienced Nursery Teacher with strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the British Curriculum to join our dynamic early years team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver age-appropriate lessons based on the EYFS/British Curriculum
• Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor and assess children’s learning progress and provide feedback
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain positive parent communication
• Support the overall development and well-being of each child

Requirements

• A Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field (B.Ed, NCE, PGDE, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ teaching experience in an EYFS/British Curriculum school
• Strong understanding of child development and early years best practices
• Creative, patient, and passionate about nurturing young learners
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging, play-based, and child-centered lessons
