Job Description

• Notify managing physician about unusual or unexpected events or problems
• Gather health histories, perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedure
• Planning and delivering patients’ care,monitoring patient's progress.
• Taking samples, pulses, temperatures and blood pressures.
• Monitoring and administering medication.
• Ensuring medical records reflect symptoms, treatments, and administration of prescribed and over-the-counter medications
• Performing intake duties to obtain information from patients and, in some cases, from families or guardians
• Evaluating test results to determine underlying physiological reasons for patient symptoms

Requirements

• Degree in Nursing.
• Must hold current license/registration to practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
