Job Description

• Monitor alarms/Faults on the network via monitoring tools (NMS and RMS).
• Timely escalation and ticketting of captured alerts/faults on the network.
• Follow up through to resolution of captured and escalated faults on the network.
• Request fulfilment and provision of timely feedbacks to both internal and external customers.
