    National Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving growth across all regions in Nigeria. This role requires an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the Food and Beverage FMCG industry, a deep understanding of market dynamics (Online and Offline), and a strategic mindset to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded

    • Product and Market Opportunity Identification.
    • Revenue and Profitability Goals.
    • Trade Promotions and Activations.
    • Digital/Online Marketing.
    • Customer Relationship Management.
    • Sales Reporting and Forecasting.
    • Budget Management.
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 4 years in a managerial role overseeing national or regional sales.
    • Demonstrable success in driving sales growth and managing large sales teams in a competitive market.
    • Strong analytical abilities, with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a large, diverse team.
    • A visionary thinker who can translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of sales forecasting tools is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel frequently across Nigeria to support regional teams and meet with clients.
