Will be responsible for building partnerships & signing MOUs with Pharma & FMCG manufacturers & importers with the purpose of helping them sell through our Rxdelivered platform, enable them arrange group purchasing deals for merchants in the RxAll network and access financing for high quality distributors and wholesalers to buy from them
Will be responsible for signing up Pharma & FMCG Manufacturers/Importers to sell via the Rxdeliverd platform
Will be responsible to finance high quality distributors & wholesalers (recommended by the manufacturers/importers) to buy from our Pharma & FMCG manufacturer/importer partners on our Rxdelivered platform
Will be responsible to process Group Purchase Orders for our wholesaler network across Nigeria from our partner manufacturers/importers
Will be responsible to build Partnerships via MOUs with PMGMAN and APIN as well as the trade associations for FMCG manufacturers/importers - meeting with excos will need to be organised
Will be responsible to sell RxScanner to Pharma & FMCG Manufacturers/Importers for use in their post-marketing quality surveillance management and general brand protection efforts
Will be responsible to identify the needs of Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers , distributors and wholesalers and work with the management to create the products that serve their needs within the capabilities of RxAll
Develop 400M NGN/mo business with Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers by Dec. 2023
Performance will be assessed on
Number of Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers signed up monthly to the Rxdelivered platform
Number of purchase transactions processed monthly between Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers & high quality distributors/wholesalers on the Rxdelivered platform
Size of customer orders monthly
Ratio of cash to credit customers (preference for cash customers) monthly
% default rate on credit issued monthly
Total sales achieved vs target monthly
Number of software (RxPOS, RxPay) installs at Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers , distributors and wholesalers
Level of in-store merchandising of RxAll products installed at Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers , distributors and wholesalers
Number of RxScanner sold per quarter
Overall level of engagement ideas proferred with growing the business and quality and timeliness of business reporting and planning
Number of sales presentations/quarter at trade association meetings (PMG-MAN, APIN & trade associations for FMCG manufacturers, importers, distributors and wholesalers) in Nigeria
Requirements:
Preferably a Regional Sales Business Manager/Leader at any of the leading Pharma/FMCG manufacturing/import companies in Nigeria
Self Leader able to work with minimal supervsion and also possessing strong multi-tasking capacity and experience in the Pharma or FMCG industry especially selling to Pharma Companies/Importers or FMCG Companies/Importers
Able to build relationships in the Pharma & FMCG industries with National Sales Managers and CEOs of the leading companies
Candidates who have experience creating and sealing partnerships at senior levels at in the Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers are a good fit
Must be resident in Lagos and very familiar with the National Sales Leaders of the leading Pharma/FMCG manufacturers/importers. Must have existing business relationships in the Pharma/FMCG Industries.
Strong technical knowledge of the company products is a must with the capacity to develop proposals and presentations for sales meetings and conferences with leading exectives of the top Pharma/FMCH manufacturers/importers
Must have high capacity for creative thinking to produce new products that serve the customer while also being able to deliver sales and marketing goals and solve problems on the go
Must be accountable, able to pay attention to details, deliver as per instructions, hard working with the ability to be proactive in planning, executing and reporting on sales goals, initiatives, activities and results using metrics.
Must be creative and able to initiate and lead new business products and operations across new cities and markets in the assigned sales territory.
High intelligence and a strong skill set with PowerPoint, Excel and Data Analytics is a must.
Prior Experience leading sales growth independently via strategic partnerships with Pharma & FMCG manufacturers & importers is a significant added advantage
Strong relationships across all parts of the pharma & FMCG supply chain is essential.
