SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
SELECTION CRITERIA
A technical analysis will be conducted by ACTED for the bidder’s selection based on the criteria detailed below and ranked in order of importance.
A - PRICE representing 80%
The price will be the first criteria to be considered by ACTED to select the most competitive supplier.
B – QUALITY OF SAMPLES
The technical check will be based on a PASS/FAIL criteria if the supplier does not meet the minimum standards of quality, ACTED will not consider its offer.
C – AVAILABILITY representing 5%
Preference will be given to suppliers proposing short response time and relevant lead time (not more than 2 days).
D – PAST EXPERIENCES representing 15%
Preference will be given to suppliers with proof of previous experience
