Key responsibilities:

Curriculum delivery:

• Teach core subjects like literacy, French, and music according to the school curriculum, adapting lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners. 

Lesson planning:

• Develop engaging and differentiated lesson plans aligned with learning objectives, incorporating various teaching methods and activities. 

Classroom management:

• Establish and maintain a positive learning environment by managing student behavior, setting clear expectations, and promoting cooperation. 

Assessment and feedback:

• Regularly assess student progress through various methods (tests, observations, projects) and provide constructive feedback to support individual learning. 

Student support:

• Identify and address individual student needs, provide additional support where necessary, and collaborate with specialists when required. 

Communication:

• Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates, conferences, and reporting on student progress.
