Multimedia Officer at DreamCity Properties

Position Overview

• We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia Officer with 3–7 years of experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, video production, and digital media management.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual and audio content that effectively communicates the Group's brand identity, promotes our diverse portfolio, and engages our target audiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for a wide range of materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and corporate branding assets.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, property showcases, investor presentations, and social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photographs of properties, projects, corporate events, and promotional activities for use in marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Develop engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, infographics) for the company's websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and advertising platforms.
• Ensure all multimedia content adheres to the Group's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, professional visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and schedule multimedia content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Maintain and update the company's websites with fresh multimedia content, ensuring optimal visual appeal and user experience.
• Provide multimedia coverage (photography, videography, live streaming) for corporate events, product launches, ground-breaking ceremonies, and investor meetings.
• Create animated graphics, motion graphics, and short explainer videos to simplify complex concepts and enhance audience engagement.
• Manage and maintain multimedia equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear, etc.), ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of verifiable experience in multimedia content creation, graphic design, and video production, preferably within the real estate, investment, financial services, or e-business sectors.
• Relevant professional certifications in multimedia design, graphic design, or video production are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve (video editing)
  • Motion graphics and animation tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, video production, photography, and digital content creation.
• Excellent creative, conceptual, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with 3D rendering and virtual tour creation for real estate projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with web design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) and content scheduling.
• Understanding of SEO principles for digital content optimization.
