Multimedia / Graphic Designer at Bradfield Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for web, mobile, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create visuals that support campaigns, product launches, and user education.
• Develop visual assets including illustrations, icons, infographics, and branding materials.
• Translate complex fintech concepts into simple, engaging visual narratives.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity across all channels.
• Edit video footage, add motion graphics, and optimize multimedia for different platforms.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic/multimedia design, preferably in tech or fintech.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static and motion design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar tools.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work cross-functionally.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, typography, and brand consistency.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
