Multimedia Designer at AmorServ

Role Summary

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Multimedia Designer with at least 3 years of full-time, in-house experience. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and tech-savvy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in static design, motion graphics, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging visual content including graphics, illustrations, infographics, social media creatives, long and short videos.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, product, etc.) to translate ideas into impactful designs.
• Create brand-compliant visual content for internal communications, campaigns, and client-facing materials.
• Produce short & long-form videos for social media, employee engagement, and product highlights using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Maintain and evolve AmorServ's visual identity across digital channels.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
• Edit raw footage into polished video content with strong storytelling and visual appeal.
• Stay up to date with design trends and software advancements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in a multimedia or graphic design role within a structured organization.
• Nigerian based candidates preferred.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
• Experience with brand development, social media content creation, and digital storytelling.
• Strong motion graphics and video editing skills.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of basic animation.
• Familiarity with corporate communication design or tech-focused companies.
