We are seeking a talented and experienced Multimedia Designer with at least 3 years of full-time, in-house experience. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and tech-savvy, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in static design, motion graphics, and video editing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop engaging visual content including graphics, illustrations, infographics, social media creatives, long and short videos.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, product, etc.) to translate ideas into impactful designs.
Create brand-compliant visual content for internal communications, campaigns, and client-facing materials.
Produce short & long-form videos for social media, employee engagement, and product highlights using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
Maintain and evolve AmorServ's visual identity across digital channels.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Edit raw footage into polished video content with strong storytelling and visual appeal.
Stay up to date with design trends and software advancements.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience in a multimedia or graphic design role within a structured organization.
Nigerian based candidates preferred.
Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent design tools.
Experience with brand development, social media content creation, and digital storytelling.
Strong motion graphics and video editing skills.
Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Knowledge of basic animation.
Familiarity with corporate communication design or tech-focused companies.
