Job Description

• The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing visually compelling static and animated content for multi-platform use. 
• This role combines advanced graphic design skills with motion graphics, animation, VFX, and special effects expertise to support storytelling and brand expression across campaigns, media content, product launches, and internal communication materials.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Execution:

• Design high-quality graphics for digital, print, and social media.
• Create visually striking 2D and 3D animations for video and motion content.
• Enhance videos with branded animation, motion graphics, and visual effects.

Motion Design & Animation:

• Produce animated infographics, product demos, explainer videos, and logo animations.
• Apply kinetic typography and motion principles to increase engagement.

Visual Effects (VFX) & Compositing:

• Integrate 3D, CGI, and VFX into live-action footage.
• Perform tasks such as rotoscoping, tracking, compositing, and color correction.

Brand Alignment & Storytelling:

• Ensure all content reflects brand consistency and messaging strategy.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual stories.

Project & Asset Management:

• Prioritize tasks across multiple timelines, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Organize and archive assets for reuse and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with producers, content creators, developers, and marketers to align visual content with campaign goals.

Educational Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree.

Graphic & Layout Design:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Corel Draw
• Lightroom

Motion Graphics & Video Editing:

• Adobe After Effects (advanced)
• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

3D Animation & Rendering:

• Cinema 4D / Blender / Element 3D
• Maya / 3ds Max (optional)
• Octane Render / Redshift / Arnold

Other Capabilities:

• Typography, color theory, storytelling, video production basics
• Collaborative tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, Asana)
