Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Life at Best Development Initiative

Job Summary

• Responsible to make sure implementation of the LABDI Project Projects.
• Develop proper data collection tools for the project with the assistance of the program manager.
• Monitor project activities, prepare report and provide feedbacks to the team

Responsibilities

• To regularly monitor the activity sessions, report and provide feedback to team
• Monitor mobile team, provide feedback to the team
• Prepare project monitoring tool
• Monitor training for lead mothers
• Monitor the data trends and inform the program senior staff from the devotions
• Provide on time data to the Nutrition officer, project manager and Executive Director upon on request
• Cross check registers, formats in the sites with the monthly reports and provide feedback
• Set target for each indicator from the project proposal and provide graph and charts in each site to better monitor the data trends
• To ensure the availabilities of IEC materials.
• Responsible for all paper work related to data, monitoring and evaluation
• Participate in all stakeholder meetings and inform the participants from the program progress

Qualifications and Experience

• He/ She should have college degree, preferably university degree holder/medical or social science
• At least 2 years’ experience in monitoring of protection project
• Should be capable and know excellent English, Dari and Pashto languages, Computer applicable packages and must have good communication skills
• Experience in monitoring of Nutrition project is preferable
