Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct FGDs and IDIs in line with the approved discussion guide.
• Create a comfortable and inclusive environment that encourages open participation.
• Probe effectively to obtain detailed and relevant responses.
• Ensure discussions remain focused on study objectives.
• Obtain informed consent and maintain participant confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit complete field notes and other required documentation.
