Mobile Developer (React Native & Flutter) at Access Solutions

About the Role

• We are looking for a talented and passionate Mobile Developer with strong experience in React Native and Flutter to join our growing development team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications that provide excellent user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Integrate third-party APIs and backend services into mobile apps.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile applications for speed and efficiency.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver features on time.
• Stay up to date with emerging mobile development trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in mobile app development with both React Native and Flutter.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, and other backend integrations.
• Familiarity with app store deployment (Google Play & Apple App Store).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in testing frameworks (Jest, Flutter test, etc.).
