MMO Relationship Manager (Lagos) at Outsource Nigeria

Job Summary

• The Lagos MMO RM will drive operational success and agent/merchant network performance across Lagos. 
• The role is strategic, focusing on deepening relationships, improving service delivery, and scaling transactions in high-density areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with key mobile money agents and merchants.
• Lead initiatives to grow wallet adoption, agent performance, and revenue in Lagos.
• Provide proactive support to agents, ensuring platform uptime and liquidity availability.
• Execute territory growth plans in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
• Supervise a team of Field Officers or Area Officers, monitoring their KPIs.
• Monitor market competition and recommend improvements to product and pricing strategy.
• Drive compliance with KYC, AML, and other MMO regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports and insights on field operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in mobile money, fintech, or digital banking.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale operations in urban and peri-urban areas.
• Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lagos market and digital financial services behavior.
