Role Summary

• We are looking for a creative, energetic, and guest-focused *Mixologist* to join our Bar team.
• The ideal candidate will craft signature cocktails, maintain bar standards, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced lounge environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Cocktail Creation: Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency and flair
• Guest Service: Engage guests, recommend drinks, and deliver 5-star hospitality
• Bar Operations: Maintain stock, manage inventory, minimize wastage and spillage
• Menu Support: Assist in developing new drinks and seasonal menus
• Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure bar area, tools, and glassware meet hygiene and safety standards
• Teamwork: Work closely with F&B, Kitchen, and Service team to ensure smooth operations
• Upselling: Promote drinks specials and drive bar revenue.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel
• Proven knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and drink presentation
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is an advantage
• Creativity, passion for new drink trends, and flair bartending skills are a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be resident in Abuja and presentable.
