Mixologist / Bartender at Laim Hotel

 Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Create innovative drink menus that align with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all beverages served.
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering drink recommendations and pairings.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, and bar tools.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and minimize wastage and spillage.
• Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with hotel events, private functions, weddings, and VIP services.
• Collaborate with bartenders and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain accurate records of bar usage and report shortages or issues to management.
• Stay updated on current cocktail trends, techniques, and mixology innovations.
