Milling Assistance Nigeria Eagle at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

PURPOSE

To implement all designated tasks in addition to existing job requirement for the efficient running of the mill.

THE JOB

• Compliance to all Health & Safety regulations.
• Carry out daily GMP checks optimal capacity utilization.
• Routine monitoring of cleaning machines and maintenance
• Carry out essential production (breakdown and preventive) maintenance in order to minimize downtime.
• Documentation of process reading and quality analysis report.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping.
• Report all Quality and Food Safety Issues to the Food Safety Team.
• Report all FMN Lifesaving Rules Violation and Behavioural Based Safety to the Safety Department.
• Any other tasks assigned by the head of department.

THE PERSON MUST

• Have basic knowledge of milling operations and production processes.
• Be attentive to detail and committed to maintaining product quality standards.
• Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills to support shift operations.
• Be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines diligently.

QUALIFICATIONS

 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings/Technical qualifications.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years cognate experience.
