    Financial Accountant

    Job Purpose

    • Adequate management of General /Sub Ledgers, assist in Management Accounts Preparation, Prompt resolution of Audit Issues & give support on External Audit Process, Booking of Monthly Recurrent Journals & Provisions and adherence/ promotion of Internal Control Systems. Coordinate Team work within the Finance Dept. Sections for proper integration of Monthly Management Account to enhance quality reporting.

    The Job

    • Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
    • Be proficient in accounting software (such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
    • Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

    • Be able to prepare, analyse, and interpret financial statements effectively.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • Minimum requirement: B.Sc./HND in Accounting or related fields.
    • MBA would be an added advantage.

    • Be attentive to detail and committed to maintaining product quality standards.
    • Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills to support shift operations.

    Fire Infra Manager

    PURPOSE

    To manage the design, implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of fire protection systems across verticals, ensuring adherence to fire safety regulations and risk mitigation standards.

    THE JOB

    • Review and approve fire protection designs (alarms, suppression systems, hydrants, extinguishers, etc.) ensuring compliance with NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and other relevant standards.
    • Develop standard BOQs (Bill of Quantities), conduct vendor technical evaluations and collaborate with engineering/project teams to integrate systems into facility layouts.
    • Oversee third-party vendors during maintenance, installation, certification activities, supervise planned periodic inspection and testing of all fire protection systems/equipment.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of inspection and audit records, prepare compliance reports, recommending corrective actions for non-conformities.
    • Provide expert input on infrastructure upgrades, support project execution, monitor industry trends and integrate advancements in fire safety technology.
    • Contribute to internal fire safety training programs, response plans, participate in and review fire drills/emergency procedures, and assess operational sites across verticals to evaluate infrastructure and ensure fire safety compliance.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have deep knowledge of local fire codes and international fire safety standards.
    • Be familiar with electronic fire alarm panels, control panels for suppression systems, and hydraulics of fire water systems.
    • Strong report writing, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to assess and interpret engineering drawings and fire safety plans.
    • Ability to oversee fire system installations, maintenance, and upgrades.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • B.Sc./HND in Environmental Science or   Engineering.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum 5 years cognate experience.

    Health Safety and Environment Supervisor

    PURPOSE

    To assist in managing & coordinating of structured systems for the implementation of ISO 45001 practices for the safety health and environment of the employees and factory.

    THE JOB

    • Assist the safety Manger in analysis of hazards and coordinate accidents and incidents investigation to build corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
    • Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced.
    • Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards including PPE concept revision and monitoring.
    • Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented and creating weekly audit reports with follow up.
    • Keeping records of inspection findings and producing reports that suggest improvements.
    • Recording of incidents (incl. near miss, unsafe act and condition) as well as accidents and producing KPI statistics.
    • Ensure compliance with Company’s safety, health and environment rules and procedures, including.
    • regulatory requirements and aim at implementing best practices.

    THE PERSON MUST

    • Have a solid understanding of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Possess relevant HSE certifications (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
    • Be able to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations effectively.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to promote a safety-conscious culture.
    • Be proactive in identifying hazards and implementing corrective and preventive measures.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum requirement: HND/B.Sc. in Environmental Sciences or Engineering.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in FMCG/ Oil & Gas.
    • NEBOSH/HSE professional Certificate would be an added advantage.

    Milling Assistance Nigeria Eagle

    PURPOSE

    To implement all designated tasks in addition to existing job requirement for the efficient running of the mill.

    THE JOB

    • Compliance to all Health & Safety regulations.
    • Carry out daily GMP checks optimal capacity utilization.
    • Routine monitoring of cleaning machines and maintenance
    • Carry out essential production (breakdown and preventive) maintenance in order to minimize downtime.
    • Documentation of process reading and quality analysis report.
    • Hygiene and Housekeeping.
    • Report all Quality and Food Safety Issues to the Food Safety Team.
    • Report all FMN Lifesaving Rules Violation and Behavioural Based Safety to the Safety Department.
    • Any other tasks assigned by the head of department.

    THE PERSON MUST
