DUTIES

• Open office gate and entrances
• Empty waste basket
• Wash waste basket
• Re in line waste basket
• Sweep and mop the offices , CEO’s Office and the Training Room , including the Corridors
• Washed all the offices toilets and the training room toilets
• Wipe and dust the tables and chairs in the offices , CEO’s Office and the training room
• Sanitize all the toilets in the offices, CEO’s office and the training room
• Wipe and dust the window glass and frames, both exterior and interior
• Clear the cobwebs
• Buy all the janitorial items.
• Clean entry glass doors
• Dust off the Foot Mat, both interior and exterior
• Wipe all toilets doors
• Wipe and dust all offices frames, both exterior and interior
• Wipe and dust all toilets frame, both exterior and interior
• Sanitize toilets handles
• Clean the refrigerators, dispensers and the microwaves
• Clean the kitchen sink
• Dust light fixture
• Buy fuel for the office use
• Recharge PHCN for office use
• Submit VAT at FIRS between 15th to 20th  of the month
• Take record of the PHCN daily Units usage and daily fuel usage
• Replace all the finished Janitorial items.
• Go to Bank to Pay the LAWMA and Security Fee
• Run errands for the Office
• Put on and off the Generator.
