Requirements

• BSc/HND holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 0f 2 years’ experience in merchandising, sales, or marketing roles, preferably in the consumer electronics or technology industry.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian market, particularly in the consumer electronics sector, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey product information to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance data to inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Market Visits: Conduct regular visits to open markets and retail outlets to assess product visibility, competitor activity, and market trends.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with resellers and end users to understand their needs and preferences, and to promote the organization’s products effectively
• Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels at reseller locations to ensure availability and minimize stock output, coordinating with distributors and retailers as needed.
• Training and Support: Provide product training and support to resellers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the organization’s products and can effectively communicate the features and benefits to end users.
• Merchandising: Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales, including display setup, signage placement, and promotional activities.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from resellers and end users on product performance, pricing, and market demand, and provide actionable insights into internal teams for product improvement and marketing strategies.
