We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Medical Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our high-end medical spa and plastic surgery clinic.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in managing a medical aesthetic practice or plastic surgery clinic, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service, operational efficiency, team leadership, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the medspa and support coordination with the plastic surgery team.
Ensure seamless integration between aesthetic services and surgical consultations/follow-ups.
Maintain compliance with all medical and safety regulations, licensing, and health department requirements.
Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through client-focused care and service excellence.
Handle patient concerns and escalations professionally and efficiently.
Support the promotion of a luxury brand experience from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.
Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff including aestheticians, nurses, front desk, and support personnel.
Conduct performance evaluations and develop staff through coaching and continuing education.
Foster a collaborative, professional, and high-performance work environment.
Monitor budgets, revenues, and profitability targets.
Manage inventory of medical and retail supplies; ensure cost-effective ordering and tracking.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive patient acquisition and retention.
Collaborate on digital and in-clinic marketing campaigns for aesthetic and surgical services.
Organize promotional events, webinars, and patient education initiatives.
Develop referral networks with local physicians and wellness professionals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in a medical spa or plastic surgery clinic.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments (e.g., injectables, lasers, skincare) and cosmetic surgery processes.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficient with EMR systems, scheduling software, and reporting tools.
Sales and customer service acumen with an understanding of high-end clientele expectations.
CPR / BLS certification and knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred.
