    Medical Sales Representative

    Position Overview:

    • We are looking for a driven and skilled Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role is essential in connecting patients with our innovative wellness solutions while driving clinic growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and proven experience in sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Patient Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for potential patients, helping them understand our services and guiding them toward the appropriate wellness solutions.
    • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Naxawellness treatments and services.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about patient needs, competitor offerings, and market trends to identify sales opportunities.
    • Education & Outreach: Provide prospective patients with clear information on our protocols, emphasizing their benefits for hormonal and gut health.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient onboarding and satisfaction.
    • Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with current and prospective patients through timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare-related sales.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to engage and educate clients.
    • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with hormonal and gastrointestinal health or a willingness to learn about these topics to better inform prospective patients.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
